Being a Dad is a joy but it's hard work.  There are a handful of Dad traits I think that apply directly to running a business.   In today's episode, we explore a handful of these traits: being patient, resourceful, emotionally fit, coachable, and communicating effectively.  Our kids sometimes test our patience; but so do clients and team members.  Sometimes, we run short on this resource because maybe we are not organized, or are not clear on our own time management.
