Aaron Freiwald, Managing Partner of Freiwald Law and host of the weekly podcast series Good Law | Bad Law, is joined by, Scott Ruskay-Kidd, a senior staff attorney at the Center for Reproductive Rights, to discuss Justice Kennedy’s retirement and what it could mean for the future of Roe v.
