But why did he choose De Kunstenaar as his name? That’s because of his second hobby - which is that he likes to paint. Music is art too, so here we are. De Kunstenaar started creating tribute mixtapes, mainly to expand his mixing capabilities to the fullest - and to be clear, meaning no offence to the artists - it was not his intention to make the audience think these mixes were made by the artist(s) themselves.
