After a difficult relationship and facing the difficulties of life, Dana Macc discovered the practices of Yoga and meditation and her life has never been the same. As she mastered the practice, she used her gift to help both adults and children heal their brokenness and discover inner peace through the stillness and strength meditation provides.  If you are feeling stuck, today’s episode gives you insight on how to get unstuck and tap into your inner self. Dana is a certified yoga instructor, a mindset coach and she travels internationally to facilitate wellness retreats.   She is a certified Hatha yoga instructor, and mindset coach in the Los Angeles area and travels abroad to facilitate international wellness retreats with her Mind Mode style of yoga. She has worked as a fully credentialed educator for both adults and youth for over 30 years and holds a master’s degree in education with a specialization in autism.
