Coach 360: A Podcast For High School Coaches

In this week's conversation, Dr. Langston takes us through her amazing career and we dive into the details of personal and professional growth as a coach or AD. Dr. Langston gives us several suggestions and thoughts on always pursuing growth and establishing that mindset. Dr. Lisa Langston was a two-sport standout, a four-year (1983-86) letter winner in women's basketball, and earned two letters in track and field at Texas A&M. She earned first-team All-SWC honors in 1985 and was the first Texas A&M selection as the SWC Player of the Week during the 1984 season. Off the hardwood and the track, she was an All-Academic team member, earning her bachelors of science degree. She received her master's from Tarleton State in 1998 and her doctorate in 2010 from Texas Women's University.
