TWO TRUCKING DUI STORIES. In Nevada a Trucker received 2 DUI's in just 12 days. The worse part of this story, is, That the truck driver was in a commercial vehicle, both times. Julio Perea Ayala a Class CDL holder was arrested twice for a DWI (Driving While Intoxicated), of which he was behind the wheel of a commercial vehicle. Ayala was declared an imminent threat to the public by the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). He was served an order March 26th that ordered him to cease and desist from operating any commercial vehicle in interstate commerce. A second story appeared this week. Two DUI Trucking Stories.
