In this episode, I have invited Elsa Yong who is an entrepreneur & founder of PerfecTen Corporate Services Pte Ltd. We will be talking about "The Importance of Knowing Your Numbers In Business" Elsa is a Chartered Accountant, graduated from ACCA. She is a member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (CA Singapore) and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom (FCCA). She has 2 teenage sons aged 21 and 18 and a very supporting husband. She love Zumba fitness and have attained a Basic Instructor certificate (yet to pursue further at this point in time). Together with 2 other mom-entrepreneurs, they formed Bossmom Asia in 2018 with the intention to empower stay-at-home-mums for flexible working arrangement. Having worked at senior level with MNCs in healthcare industries for more than 15 years, she decided to take a career break in 2014.
