Spirits Calling

The holidays are upon us and we love giving. We donate our time, shop for gifts, feed family and friends. We want to reach out. But we often miss the other side which is receiving.Intuitive healer Heather Hovis will join me to help us slow down, breathe, center and open our hearts to receiving. One of the lessons we are here to learn is accepting help from others and when we don't, the universe gives us more reason to need to ask for help and if we still don't listen, we get the cosmic 2x4. This season is a wonderful time to learn to accept and receive in gratitude - allowing the giving to help us actualize instead of feeling embarrassed or uncomfortable.
