Eric, Phil, and I will be back at it with the biggest IES/Gridiron Sesaon podcast to date as we'll be joined by NFL Network's very own Insider Ian Rapoport being that Thursday Night Football is in Jacksonville this week (follow him on Twitter under @Rapsheet by the way). We'll get his take on the job that the Jaguars new regime has done so far in Shad Khan, David Caldwell, and Gus Bradley, and we'll also talk on his thoughts on the future of the organization under the three.
