"Teachers are leaders and leaders are teachers!" We had the pleasure of having our friend Dr. Rob Wottawa on the podcast this week! Rob is a fantastic educator in New York who got his start in music education and has transitioned into administration and mentorship. To put it simply Rob is the administrator and mentor we all wish we had. Rob discusses his philosophy on the value of the Arts in education including the work he does in creating S.T.E.A.M. (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) curriculum. We also dive into how he sees his role in mentoring teachers and seeing them as people first.
