Value Adds Value!

Of the roughly 320 million people living in America about 3.1 million of those people are teachers. That's about 1%, but that 1% has an impact on the other 99%. In this episode we discuss the need for teachers to value themselves and their craft like they're the 1% and how we must let go of the expectations and shortcomings imposed on us by others to do so. We also discuss how teachers mindsets would change if their evaluations we're done solely by their students and determined whether they keep their job.
