Value Adds Value!

In this episode we talk about what TRUE NORTH means to and for teachers. We love the metaphor of true north because true north on a compass is how you orient yourself to your surroundings. As people true north is the values and actions we return to time and again, but as a teacher we represent true north to our students. We provide the stability that allows our students to orient themselves to our classrooms and schools.
