Value Adds Value!

In this episode we discuss the need for teachers to detach their teaching practice from student results. Not to say that we are unconcerned with the success of our students, but to say that we can't tie our self worth to their outcomes. Ultimately they are responsible for their own success and we must accept that fact. We're striving for consistency as teachers within our educational practice and continuing to develop our craft each day.
