Why are we so adamant to hide from the truth? We'd rather be unsure instead of being told what we can do better. Constructive criticism has become so discouraging to people that we have gotten to a point where we have to call it "feedback". In this discussion I talk about why we need to stop hiding from the truth and stop avoiding being told about ourselves.
