The Other Perspective is a sub-series by Fatima, where she uses her experience as a Muslim-American woman living in the United States to speak about her experiences. She aims to get listeners thinking about a different take on many relevant issues related to Muslims in the United States and to Gen Z listeners. We live in a culture of increasing loneliness and individualism which has become destructive to the mental health of young people. The increasing commercialization of mental health and the rapid sale of self-help books and guided courses towards improving mental health have led to worsening mental health around the board.
