In this episode I share my recent experience with a heroic dose of psilocybin. If you've listened to the show before you know that I'm not one to shy away from some real talk. I share openly my struggles, experiences, and thoughts. Like my other SOLO Episode, I open up and shine the light on some very real things that I struggle with. I want to thank you in advance for listening and allowing me this platform to share openly.  Although these mushrooms have been decriminalized in a couple cities and have shown potential to aid in the treatment of depression, eating disorders and addiction, studies of psychedelics and their applications in medicine and psychology is relatively new.
