Our consciousness has everything to do with business and leadership. Unfortunately it's always been something seen as 'not suitable' for the business conversation. So let's define consciousness for the business person's lexicon. A person's consciousness consists of the set of assumptions, beliefs and values that we allow to govern our lives and the very core beliefs we hold about who we are. In this regard we can talk about an individual's consciousness as that person's 'operating system'. In this show we look at how our collective consciousness has evolved over the years and how it continues to evolve. We also examine what the impact has been on how business operates.
