In this week's episode I am giving you a sneak peak into my life: Quarantine Edition. I share my current Quarantine Routine and how I set up my weeks and days so that I can still maintain my mental health, physical health, physique & fitness progress. I share some organization tips like everything I write down in my planner (weekly goals, meal prep, workouts, etc.). I talk through my current workout split as a certified personal trainer and the types of workouts that are best to do to maintain our health & fitness during lockdown. I also share my morning routine down to my step by step AM skincare routine, how I make celery juice, my absolute favorite sugar free, dairy free coffee concoction, and the two breakfasts I can't get enough of lately.
