i have noticed many people have an issue with saying no. after thinking about it for a while, i wanted to hit record and share my thoughts about it. i used to say yes to many many many things and noticed the negative effect it had on me. once i began to learn that saying no has tremendous ROI, i started to put more into that power.  i go over - sacrifice - opportunity cost - spreading yourself thin - prioritizing  - focus give it a listen and lmk what ya think! peace  Thank you all who listen, support and fw my project.
