In this episode of the show I speak to Gerda Steyn! The South African athlete is the first woman to run sub 6 hours in the Comrades Marathon & she recently ran a 2:27 Marathon in New York!  Gerda had a different entry to the top level of running & its working out very well for her!  Her outlook on training, racing & life is both positive & infectious! With the Toyko Olympics looming that is on Gerda's radar too! 2020 is shaping up to be quite the year for Gerda & it was an honour to have the opportunity to speak to her!
