Helping the industry grow by virtue of playing Kenyan music alone won’t help, however incorporating mentorships and doing follow ups from the well versed artists and media houses will help elevate the industry to new heights. Being an artists does not only entail fame, it requires a lot of work, dedication, sacrifice and commitment to build a brand and a powerhouse and to be honest some of our artists are very oblivious to quality and longevity of their artistry and they just want 10mins of fame rendering the whole industry mediocre.
