Welcome back, mama! In this episode, I'm helping you understand the difference between workout PROGRAMS and stand alone workouts, and why a PROGRAM might be the thing you are after if you desire body connection, more strength, improvement in some area in your fitness, etc.   I'm sharing in this one how to maximize the few and precious minutes you have to workout and make the most out of them....with a workout PROGRAM.  I'm sharing why you might be spinning your wheels when you lean on random workouts inside of your fitness, and not following a specific program that allows you to grow month after month and get better at certain areas inside of your movement, strength, flexibility, mobility, stability, EVERYTHING.   Following a strength training PROGRAM has been the catalyst to look back month after month and going OMG....look at this kick ass shit that I'm accomplishing, this feels GOOD.  This feels PURPOSEFUL.  This feels CONNECTED.  This feels AMAZING.   Journal Prompts/Self Reflection on this episode:   1)
