Luke Hampshire is the co-founder of FlyAirly - think of them as the Uber of private jets. After launching, FlyAirly went global overnight, established a footprint in the UK and now they're about to break into South East Asia. Luke's little startup is maturing into a fully fledged business, but he aims to keep the startup ethos as long as possible.
