Here's the recipe for Beergaritas!! We used Dogfish Head Seaquench Ale and Indeed Brewing Mexican Honey Imperial Lager2 cans or bottles beer4 Cups limeade concentrate (such as Minute Maid®)2 Cups tequilaIce CubesLime WedgeSalt for RimHere's the Shrimp recipe1 pound of 21-25 shrimp, peeled, cleaned, & deveined½ bottle of SHW1 ½ tbsp honey½ tbsp chili paste2 green onions, small diced1 tsp saltCombine beer, honey, chili paste, salt and onions into a large bowl and mix well. Add the cleaned shrimp to the mixture and marinate for up to 24 hours. Place shrimp onto bamboo skewers, 5 or so on each. Place skewered shrimp onto a hot, oiled grill, and cook for roughly 2-3 minutes a side. Makes 5 servings.
