Back in March I had the opportunity to talk with David and Tina Long regarding their son Tyler’s Bullycide in 2009, and their tireless efforts stop bullying and make schools accountable for our children’s safety.  As you will recall, David and Tina have appeared on The Ellen Show, 20/20, Nightline, and many other programs. They both spoke at a caucus on bullying in Washington, D.C. and as David states in the film Bully, “My voice is not going to fall silent. I will go to my grave until a difference is made.” But will this all change now that the school which Tyler attended has sought to silence them by seeking compensatory damages relating to the courst costs associated with the Long's action seeking to hold the school accountable for their son's death? Today we will find out the answer to this as well as other questions in this tragic story.
