Dr. Bruce Riley Ashford is Provost and Professor of Theology and Culture at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Ashford is also the author of several books including Letters to an American Christian, in which he addresses the overarching issues of the relationship between Christianity and politics, while challenging readers to take seriously both our heavenly and earthly citizenships.
