Jamie Sinclair is the lead pastor of Christian Fellowship Center of Canton New York, a church that Mauck & Baker recently represented in a religious liberty case challenging the Village of Canton’s discriminatory zoning code, which prevented the church from worshiping in a building they had purchased. During the case Christian Fellowship Center faced hostility from many in the community, but continued to pursue equal rights for the church, even achieving support from the United States Department of Justice.
