May 10 2015. 6:00 pm Pacific Time.  Patrick McDaniel, founder of Ki Do Kan Kempo system. The Ki Do Kan System is derived from Kajukembo . Professor McDaniel began studying Kajukembo Karate in 1973 at the age of 13, and promoted to black belt in 1977. He was promoted to certified instructor in 1988, endorsed by the Kajukenbo founder Sijo Adriano Emperado and received masters certification in 2002 under Master Richard Peralta. In 2004, he developed his method, "The Noble Way", i.e. "Ki Do Kan". Professor McDaniel is recognized by the World Black Belt Council, and is an inductee in the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame (2013), as slated to be inducted into the Masters Hall of Fame 2015.
