Recently a federal judge in Arkansas declared that truckers should be paid but the department of labor had a different opinion. When you really think about this subject you have to ask yourself this one question. Who is responsible for the truck? The answer of course is the driver. So, if a driver is responsible for that truck at all times then would it not make sense to pay the driver for the time he is responsible for it? Here is a scenario.
