Black Lives Matter!  White Lives Matter!  Blue Lives Matter!  All Lives Matter!  All are slogans meant to express the feelings surrounding the loss of life due to violence, especially when law enforcement is involved. Over years and decades, unjustified killing of blacks by police has inflamed the black community across the United States.  Invariably, on the heels of these “incidents” blacks initially engage in peaceful protest seeking solutions.  Marching in hopes that solutions will appear in similar fashion to those remedies that seemed to be born of the Civil Rights marches in the Sixties.  It hasn’t worked.  Why hasn’t the marches and complaining worked?  Why are some law enforcement officials apparently scared to DEATH of black men and kill them?  Why do other law enforcement officials seem to be able to commit murder with impunity?  Why, why and why?
