ex cineribus resurgam  From the Ashes I Rise!!! Yes indeed have faith and hope.  The story of the Phoenix has brought me a mighty long way.  I used the beginning words to keep moving and looking back, I have risen many times and will continue to do so. Remember that from the ashes, depth of despair, stagnant waters and any place of hurt, disappointment and pain you too shall rise.  Keep faith and hope in your heart and spirit and you too shall rise.  Prayer is a power thing in good and bad times.  C.
