Relatable Leader

My Team Lead and Supervisor Readiness training is a three-hour workshop. In this episode you will hear excerpts from a recent workshop I facilitated for about 60 employees from the same organization. This organization works with animals after disasters, and since I love animals so much, I agreed to offer the training on a Sunday morning, which was the best time for them. After the Camp Fire I donated several kennels and blankets through a friend of mine who volunteered with this group after The Camp Fire.  #relatableleader #catherinegoggia
