The King of DC Media, host William Powell, welcomes actress and Michelle Obama impersonator Lee Avant. "With the same Chicago charm, poise and height (5'11") as Michelle Obama, Lee Avant is as close as you can get to the First Lady without a secret service pat down. A professional actress for the last decade, Lee began performing as a teen in her home state of North Carolina. After graduating from Emerson College (Boston, MA), Lee spent many years working in Los Angeles, in front of and behind the camera. Production credits include: “Hollywood Squares”, “The Wayne Brady Show”, “The People’s Choice Awards” and many others. As an actress Lee has appeared on “One Life to Live”, Soap Talk, Spike TV, BET (upcoming), and ARTE TV (Europe). Currently residing in New York City, Lee has now added "Michelle Obama Impersonator" to her extensive skill set."
