In today's episode I chat with Sarah Small. Sarah is the founder of Autoimmune Tribe LLC. She is a certified bioenergetic practitioner, yoga teacher, meditation teacher, health & mindset coach for women with autoimmune disease, certified vibrational crystal healer, and certified oracle card reader. Sarah was diagnosed with chronic illness as a teenager, and felt like she was doing everything "right" to heal her body and maintain her health. It wasn't until her brother passed in 2015 that she turned to the emotional and energetic side of healing, which completely changed her life. She now leads other empowered souls on their healing journey by educating them on how to heal beyond food and build a holistic healing tool box that will support their wellbeing so they never feel broken, like she did, again.
