Farhad Malik is, considering his many achievements, a very humble man. He has a Phd, is a cyber serurity expert, a husband.  I am sure he would agree that his biggest achievement is being a father of 4.He is very involved in raising his children and very much, as you will appreciate, wants the best for them.  On realising that one of his children was becoming more myopic by wearing specs he went on a mission to do something about it,  He now teaches parents how they can help children with their eye sight,  He give one brilliant strategy on the pod cast, ie every 20 min look into the distance for 20 meters for 20 seconds.Enjoy.
