Real Men Real Issues With Teresa Mullaney

Tim and I essentially are sitting down and having an honest conversation.  He talks about his experience of being depressed, losing his parents, drug addictions, being a DJ, and very out going while doing this and yet not being able to cope in his day job where he was in a team of 4.He talks openly about his feelings, what he has been like for him over his life time being a man.  He even talks about his femine side.  He once dressed up as a women and even his mate believed he was a women,He has explored a variety of ways to get to the place of feeling good about himself.  He has learned some fun ways to deal with frustrating things like traffic jams,  and he does a meditation exercise with me,  please pull over if you want to do it,  A quality conversation to listen to.
