Anders Piper is the International Director for Sports in The Society Of Neuor Linguistic Programming. He is big into Sport, has played American Foot Ball as a pro, Now does running and byclicing.   He spends a great deal of time training Leadership in the Coperate World. He very much encourages, supports and teaches persons to practice self Leadership.  The practices we practice on a daily basis for ourseleves goes with us where ever we go.  Listen as Anders talks about personal safety on the stairs.   I am quite sure that Jock Willink would understand and appreciate where he is coming from where personal responsiblity is concerned.   Anders sees himself as being a realist.  He says that men are simple, they just want food, sex and foot ball and then they are happy.
