In this two-part recording, Lama Mark gives instructions and explanations about the Common Foundations, Taking Refuge, Generating Bodhicitta, Mandala Offering and Guru Yoga. He kindly received this transmission and detailed explanations from Drikung Lho Ontul Rinpoche.
