Hey All! Or as Lance would say, "hey Y'all!"  Having this conversation with Lance is the perfect example of why I love doing these interviews for the SHO. I got the opportunity to get to know someone who I have known for quit a while at a whole other level. Lance has been a huge impact on my life yet I did not really know him at all. By reaching out to Lance to have him on the show I now have a much deeper relationship with him. Lance is a Senior Partner at Aldebaran Associates International. Aldebaran is an Executive Recruiter committed to creating a world where people love what they do for a living (I love this!!). Lance's impressive resume includes being an Executive Assistant for Landmark Worldwide, Tour Manager at Another Side of San Diego, Office Manager/Operations Manager/Outdoor Ecology Guide and Naturalist for Hike Bike Kayak Sports in La Jolla, Ca. Lance went to the University of California, San Diego where he completed with graduate degree in Philosophy. We get into his long history of philosophy!
