Have you ever had a total stranger pay for your meal or morning coffee without asking?   They were likely paying it forward… Chances are you probably felt the urge to do the exact same thing for someone after that, right? Paying it forward can take on so many different paths. It could be the simple act of holding a door open for someone, helping someone with their groceries, buying that double latte or anything in between. We ALL have an opportunity daily to do this.   I have personally done random acts for others over the years… no expectation of return. Recently I did have a new opportunity to coach someone that asked me to get them going on their own path. I was so excited and happy to do this… GIDDY!! I ended up sending a message to my coach to let them know what I was doing.   Am I coach? I guess now I am… Did I think I was qualified? Heck no!
