Synopsis

Karen Masterson, clinical nutritionist and author of the definitive book on gluten, Beyond Gluten Intolerance, stays over an extra day in Wichita (after her packed-house seminar) to visit with our gurus about the dangers lurking in that tiny kernel of wheat. Also, John Mason of Fuhlstrom Farms talks about his very tasty gluten free products, the recipes of which were invented by a relative who believed that you never substitute taste for expediency. John comes off a two-day demo in Wichita where he shared his chocolate chip cookies, waffles and savory garlic-cheese mounds with customers.  Yum!
