New York Then And Now photographer Evan Joseph joins Let's Do Lunch! for the ultimate New York dining experience at The Oyster Bar Restaurant in Grand Central Station. One of the subjects in the book, Joseph is not a big fan of oysters but slurps one down for the cause! He tells host Robin Milling how he wrangled an insurance certificate at the last minute to take the photo with his vast camera set-up without causing too much disturbance during the hustle and bustle of Oyster Bar's lunch hour.
