Let's Do Lunch! guest Susan Collins is testament to that with her one-woman show You Can Take The Girl Outta of Brooklyn (But You Can't Take Brooklyn Outta The Girl), chronicling her East Flatbush upbringing and adventures in the music business through words and music.
