Strategic Partnerships Series: Bobby Watts Bobby Watts, MPH, MS, CPH, Bobby currently serves as Chief Executive Offices of National Health Care for the Homeless Council based in Nashville Tennessee. He has thirty years of experience in direct service, management, development, and implementation of health, social service, shelter, and policy and advocacy programs with and for mentally ill, HIV-positive, substance-abusing, persons experiencing poverty and poor populations, and training programs for those who serve them. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University, College of Arts and Sciences in Ithaca, NY, Master of Public Health from Columbia University, School of Public Health, Division of Health Administration, and Master of Science in Epidemiology from Columbia University, School of Public Health, Division of Epidemiology. He has numerous publications featured in the AMA Journal of Ethics, British Medical Journal, New York Times, and National Health Care for the Homeless Council in the past 11
