[This show is produced in Somali only; English caption of the show context is down below] In 2023, to mark the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration on Human Rights, the United Nations collaborated with the National Theatre of Somalia to hold the country’s first-ever Human Rights Short Film Competition (HRSFCS). Subsequently, in partnership with the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism, the top three entries were featured in a special programme on the national broadcaster, Somalia National Television (SNTV), so that the wider public could enjoy their films.
