I struggled to get pregnant for 3 years until I was able to conceive and give birth to my daughter naturally at the age of 40. That's why as a fertility coach I'm passionate about supporting other women to boost their fertility so that they can have the baby of their dreams.  My coaching practice works around the 5 pillars of health that impact your fertility: nutrition, exercise and movement, sleep optimization, environmental chemicals, and the mind-body connection as it relates to stress resilience.   My unique skillset as a coach, yoga instructor, and energy medicine practitioner gives my clients the tools they need to regulate their nervous system so that they can switch out of fight or flight mode into rest and digest so that their body is ready to pro-create.   Are you an entrepreneur?
