This guided meditation will help you regulate your breath by guiding you to breathe in and out for even measure. When we experience stress our breath is typically uneven with the in breath being longer than the out breath. This can perpetuate a state of agitation. Evening the breath generally creates relaxation and has a calming effect on the body and mind.
