Allan Schoenborn, who killed all three of his children, Kaitlyn 10, Max 8 and Corden 5 years of age 16 years ago, was declared 'not criminally responsible' because of mental illness and has been held the last 14 years at the Forensic Psychiatric Hospital in Coquitlam, British Columbia. Schoenborn's first hearing before the'annual' review board in two years this week descended into chaos, including seeing his lawyer walking out of proceedings. Schoenborn has also changed his name and wants a publication ban on his new name placed into effect. Meanwhile, according Dave Texeira, family friend and representative for the children, Schoenborn remains violent, but with already granted 28 days unescorted passes into the community. What's next?
