We are celebrating the Advent season by looking at the humility of a King who would leave His throne for a manger. Jesus could have come in glory for all to see, but instead He began His journey to our salvation in a way that would forever connect Him to the lowliness of our humanity. In today’s sermon, we look at the beauty of the incarnation, God taking on flesh and becoming human. As His followers, contemplating the humility and sacrifice that was required of Jesus in the Incarnation should transform our attitudes and our lifestyle.
