Peace can actually be painful for some people. Some are always looking at life as one mess mounting after another. They are Hyper - Focusing on the next shoe to drop. Unlearning this way of life can be hard. For some that is how you dealt and how you were raised or witnessed life. You learned to always deal in chaos. Evil foreboding can quickly overtake and occupy your thoughts. You were the one that could get busted in the lip and keep on whistling. When the wheels are coming off the bus you knew how to change a tire quick or walk. If it’s not drama filled - you don’t know how to deal with it. That way of coping protected you for a time but it also actually fuels pride … never Peace. This is many people …. This was me for way too many years. It’s exhausting! I crave I protect I guard at all costs Peace now. What I found is Peace is a Person. It’s not found in the perfect circumstances relationship’s or things of the World.
